Skeptics in the Pub is a place for skeptics to meet and converse in the UK and beyond,
which meet (usually) once every month.
The event was founded in London, UK by Dr Scott Campbell in 1999, for all those interested in the bizarre and the rational approach to extraordinary claims. It is now run by Sid Rodrigues.
From the USA? You could also try finding your local Drinking Skeptically.
A speaker is invited each month to present a topic of interest, which is followed by a discussion in a relaxed and friendly pub atmosphere. The UK-Skeptics forum is a good place for continuing discussions after the meeting.
